My recent stay at Mercure exceeded all expectations. The cleanliness of the rooms was exceptional, with meticulous attention to detail evident throughout. Mr Jakub Z at the reception desk provided outstanding service, showcasing efficiency, knowledge, and a welcoming attitude. The delicious and diverse breakfast spread catered to everyone's taste, including my elderly parents who greatly appreciated the variety. The modern reception area and outstanding pool facilities added to the hotel's charm, while the nearby dining options provided excellent choices for meals. Mercure truly stands out as a top-notch establishment that I highly recommend to any traveler seeking a memorable and comfortable experience.
